Shipping Policy

Welcome to SBD Thailand. We are committed to delivering your SBD Apparel products efficiently and securely across Thailand. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods (such as launches or sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Nationwide Shipping (Thailand only)

    • Standard Delivery: 2–10 business days depending on your location.

    • Flat Shipping Fee: THB 85 per order ( Exclude VAT 7% ).

    • Free Shipping is available for orders over THB 2,500.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or weather disruptions.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with reputable courier services such as Thailand Post EMS, Flash Express, and others to ensure prompt and reliable delivery.

4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier service directly for assistance.

  • SBD Thailand is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
