Eligibility to request a return, refund or exchange
You can request a return, refund or exchange in the following cases:
- Received the wrong product: The product received does not match the order.
- Product is damaged upon unpacking: Product has defects such as faded color, scratches, or missing parts.
- Severely damaged product: Cannot be used at all.
- Size doesn’t fit: Items may be exchanged for a different size, provided they are returned to us within 30 days from receiving the goods. The customer will be responsible for the postage of and the safe return of the goods.
- Dissatisfaction with the product: If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased.
Conditions for Return Eligibility
- Consumable items must be at least 90% unused.
- Items must be unused (no chalk, solutions, liquids, sweat applied) and in good condition.
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- Items must not be intentionally subjected to torture-test methods.
SBD Thailand reserves the right to reject return, refund, and exchange requests if items do not meet the above criteria. For rejected items, the customer will be responsible for the pick-up/delivery costs to return them to their address.
You may opt to have approved refunds returned to you or stored as credits for future purchases at SBD Thailand.
Warranty Policy
The Warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period, starting from the day you receive your item(s).
Coverage
- Full refund or replacement of the item (whole or partial, depending on the situation).
- Replacement items will carry the remaining warranty period of the original item.
Exclusions
- Damage not due to material or construction defects.
- Theft or loss of the item.
Warranty claims follow the same steps outlined for returns and exchanges.

- Short description of the issue (include photos if possible)
- Return the Item
- You will receive instructions for the return process.
- SBD Thailand will cover shipping for incorrect items, damaged items, or totally damaged items.
- Customers cover shipping for sizing issues and dissatisfaction-based returns.
- Processing Timeline
- Refunds or exchanges are processed within 1-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s).
- Payment Methods for Refunds
- Bank deposit (provide bank name, account number, account holder name, and branch)
- Stripe (provide email address)
- Promptpay (provide mobile number)
- Confirmation
- You will be notified once your refund or exchange is completed.
Important Notes
- Keep original packaging undamaged for successful processing.
- For shipping expenses reimbursed by us, we will either directly pay the logistics provider or refund you after proof of payment.
- Notify us once you receive your refund or replacement item.
