  1. Contract
    We process online payments via secure third-party providers such as PromptPay.
    Your PromptPay account will be charged immediately upon confirming your order.
    A binding contract between you and us is only formed when the goods are shipped.
    We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.

3A. Payment Methods and Processing
We offer the following secure payment options:

  • PromptPay: Payments can be made via QR Code or registered number. Please make the payment immediately after placing the order to avoid delays. Orders will only be confirmed once the payment has been successfully received.

  • Stripe: Payments can be made by Debit and Credit Card services provided by stripe. Once a payment has been successful it will be confirmed via email. Once you have made the payment please send a message via line official to us so we can communicate easier.

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB), and all transactions will be processed in this currency unless otherwise specified.

If your payment fails or is incomplete, your order will not be confirmed or processed until full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid or partially paid orders within 24 hours.

  3. Product Availability
    All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer alternatives, cancel the order, or process a refund as appropriate.

  4. Claims for Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
    Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product if any items are incorrect, missing, or damaged.
    We are not responsible for lost items during shipping unless notified within 5 days from the expected delivery date.

We reserve the right to decline responsibility for any incorrect, missing, or damaged products reported outside this period, unless due to force majeure as agreed upon by both parties.
